What is the return policy?
As each item is printed exclusively for you when you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size. This "made-to-order" approach allows us to avoid overproduction and reduce our ecological footprint. So please remember to check our size guide carefully before ordering :)
One exception: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will of course send you a replacement at our expense! Contact us within 14 days with a photo of the problem.
When will I receive my order?
The total delivery time depends on two key steps:
- Production (2 to 5 business days): This is the time required to uniquely print and prepare your item.
- Delivery: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on your location:
- Europe: Typically allow 3 to 6 business days.
- United States: Approximately 3 to 5 business days.
In total, you will receive your package within one to two weeks after your payment has been confirmed. As soon as your package leaves our production site, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its journey in real-time.
What is the quality of our t-shirts?
Our t-shirts are made from 100% Heavyweight cotton with a superior weight of 237 gsm.
Why is this important? Unlike standard t-shirts, this high weight provides a reassuring thickness, a perfect drape, and exceptional durability. It's a robust garment that won't lose its shape and beautifully showcases our designs wash after wash.
Where are our products made?
We work with a decentralized production model to be as close to you as possible. Depending on your delivery address, your order is printed and shipped from one of our logistics centers:
- In Europe: Your products are mainly prepared in Barcelona (Spain) or Riga (Latvia).
- In the United States: We have several centers, notably in North Carolina, Texas, and California.
Your order is automatically routed to the center closest to you. This not only reduces delivery times but also significantly limits CO2 emissions related to transport.

We apply fixed shipping rates to simplify your purchases:
- Europe: €4.90
- United States: $6.50
