Our commitment
At Giverny Store, each item is custom-made, specifically for you, at the time of your order. This allows us to offer quality products while avoiding waste. In return, this model involves some specificities regarding returns, which we detail transparently below.
Returns are not possible in these cases
Size or color error on your part As each order is produced exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns related to an error in size, color, or variant chosen at the time of order. We encourage you to carefully consult the size guide available on each product page before validating your purchase.
Right of withdrawal for personalized products In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, products made to order and/or including a personalization option are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal.
We take care of everything in these cases
Defective or damaged product If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect or a manufacturing issue, we will unhesitatingly offer you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Error on our part If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong product, wrong size sent by our provider), we will, of course, correct the error at our expense.

- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the product and the defect found
We will respond as soon as possible and find the most suitable solution together.
Refund
In case of a validated refund, it will be issued via the payment method used for your purchase, within 14 days.
